- Printed copies: None for adults (photo, fingerprints and signature are captured at the Passport Seva Kendra); 2 × 35 × 45 mm white-background prints for children under 4
- Passport Seva specifies a 4.5 × 3.5 cm colour photo on plain white.
- The authority publishes no head height in millimetres; the 70–80 % ICAO framing used here is what its capture stations enforce.
