The service

My Passport Photo Maker is a browser tool that crops, formats and checks identity photos. It is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.

No guarantee of acceptance

We work from published specifications and automated measurements, which can be wrong or out of date. The issuing authority alone decides whether a photo is accepted. Always check your photo against the instructions on your application before submitting it. We are not liable for rejected applications, delays, fees or travel costs.

Not a government service

This site is independent and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any government, embassy or passport agency.

Your responsibilities

• Only use photos of yourself, or of people who have agreed to it (or children in your care).
• Do not use the tool to create false or misleading identity documents.
• Do not retouch identity photos in ways the issuing authority forbids.

Changes

We may change or discontinue the service, and update these terms, at any time. Continued use means you accept the current terms.
